Euroburo Limited does not sell property – it acts as the English language marketing agent for our selected partner Estate Agents in Austria, Croatia, Slovenia and Hungary. We work with them because they are friendly, well established and speak English. We try to ensure that they give you a good service and have taken a lot of trouble to recruit their services for you. All initial enquiries are handled by our English speaking sales team which is based in Austria.
Euroburo is committed to ensuring that you receive a 100% service from everyone with whom we deal.
It costs no more to buy via Euroburo Limited than to go directly to a local Estate Agent. We are paid by our partner Estate Agencies for introducing clients. No fees are payable to us, by you, for our services.
Euroburo Limited can assist property buyers in all aspects of buying property including organising viewing visits, arranging mortgage finance and insurance, opening bank accounts, transferring funds for purchase and business set-up.
Most importantly we offer an on-going point for help and assistance after your purchase. This is an integral part of our service, as we believe it helps to get the most out of owning a property abroad.
Our main sales team in based in Bad Ischl at the offices of our partner agency Delta Immobilien GmbH. You are more than welcome to discuss your requirements directly with them but please let them know that you are coming as they are usually busy and would prefer to give you adequate time to deal with your enquiry.
